Road making it difficult for emergency services and
delivery vehicles to progress safely and without danger to
old people, children and property.
Neighbourhood Planning
Following the designation of Felmersham & Radwell as a
Neighbourhood Area, the Parish Council has approved a
Project Plan to take forward the development of an
effective Plan for the Area and to effectively engage the
community in the process.
A small number of committed volunteers, with a
combination of skills, are now required to join a Steering
Group to drive the project forward. Skills required include
an understanding of the planning system, analytical skills,
communication skills, IT skills and motivational skills.
Community Defibrillators

Notes from the Parish
Council - July 2016
Trees and Hedges
There is a real problem where some
Parishioners have let their trees and hedges
overhang the footpaths and roadway - this
forces pedestrians and vehicles towards the
centre of the road in some cases. The Parish
Council urges you to keep your trees and
hedges maintained in good order for the
benefit of highway and footpath users. This
would be most appreciated.
Communications
The Borough Council have provided an up to
date position in respect of the roll out of
superfast broadband and have indicated that
most people in the Parish will be connected to
"Cabinet Sharnbrook 1" which is due for
enablement in the 1st quarter of 2018/2019
(April – June). This has been brought forward
from the original date of the 3rd quarter of
2018/2019 (October – December).
Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled to take place on
Tuesday 13 September 2016 at 7.30pm. |
