St Mary's Church was built between 1220 and 1240 by the monks of Lenton Priory, Nottingham. Why they chose to build such a large and grand church in this area is open to discussion, however.........*

Talk about the Church*

A talk held in the church  by Ken Shrimpton at 7.30pm with refreshments. No charge. Just come along. Questions welcomed.

Church Concert

Concert by musicians who lived in the parish.

Saturday 11 July

Treasure Hunt

1.45pm. to 2.30pm.
An activity for children. In and around the church.

Street Party

2.30 pm. to 4.30pm. Held in Church End. Parishioners only

The Sun Inn

From 5pm. Hog roast, Children's Games, Entertainment etc.

Sunday 12 July

Songs of Praise

6 pm. St Mary's Church. Hymns chosen by parishioners.

Sunday 26 July

Songs of Praise

11am. Hall Farm, Radwell. Hymns chosen by villagers

Story writing competition

500 words. Various age groups. Launched after Easter

Sunday 16 August

Patronal Festival

10.30am. Sung Communion Service. Bishop of Bedford to officiate.

Display of Talents

An exhibition of talents of people living in the parish

Heritage Weekend

Bedford Gallery Quire

9am to 5pm. Held in the church (also Bike 'n Hike)

7.30 pm. Held in church. Performing Felmersham history in period clothing. Also playing original instruments. .
